As someone who has specialized in all things identity—from hypnotizing people into their wealthiest year yet, guiding others in de-conditioning shadow patterns of survival so they can finally execute their vision, to helping so many communicate their brand story in a way that honors both their art and their bottom line—I consider myself a forever student of the human condition.
I am obsessed with the spectrum we all navigate between success and sabotage.
Something I've noticed about goal setting, both personally and professionally, is that it's not just about the goal.
It's about who you HAVE to become to attain it… and, more importantly, about the stories, contracts, self-sabotage, cynicism, conditioning, habits, beliefs and muscle memory that directly oppose that identity and goal.
For example when you make a goal to have regular 40k months, there is an identity you need to step into and there's an identity you GET to release. I help my clients-- yes construct a launch strategy-- but also to understand who they're stepping into and who they're stepping out of.
Steep This
Some of you may read that and think, “What does my 'X monthly income self' act like?” You may assume I'm referring to an attitude, a posture, or a performance. But what I'm actually referring to is the opposite.
When I speak of the identity you must step into to achieve whatever goal you've set (the truer and bolder, the better), I'm speaking about your true self.
I'm talking about the you that lies beneath the layers and layers of:
~ Outdated protection you picked up along the way.
~ Outdated personalities you picked up along the way.
~ Outdated relationships you picked up along the way.
~ Outdated stories you picked up along the way.
~ Outdated insecurities you picked up along the way.
~ Outdated timelines you squeezed into to be accepted by tribal norms.
The Real Tea
Babe, when you set an intention, it's not just a goal in your diary.
It's a declaration to the cosmos.
It's a vibrational rearrangement of your atoms.
It's a shamanic journey with your shadow.
It's big.
That's why, when clients partner with me, there's no vision too audacious and no timeline too big.
I can dance with the rejected parts of you just as much as I can explore the gifts you've yet to uncover.
I'm here for the depth. And if you're truly going to get behind your vision board ideas, you have to be too.

I've been savoring a truly delicious renewal portal. While I don't subscribe to the pressure of racing against the new year, I'm certainly focusing on my goals. The way I'm releasing and shedding old identities involves my traditional practice of creating a customized hypnotic track for myself, being radically honest about where I can support the parts of me that want to hide or get lost in overwhelm, and thoughtfully considering a container or mentor to support my growth.
(I practice what I preach, after all.)
But it doesn't stop there. I've released three garbage bags of clothing, tackled the "catch-all bin" that's been haunting my closet, and rearranged my office (aka my creation space) to absolute perfection—and yes, I'm obsessed.
This season has been all about making room, both energetically and literally. I've been ending old agreements in my interpersonal life while donating and selling items that no longer serve this next chapter.
One of my besties, a powerful Mani Gen (Capricorn Virgo ☽), helped me reorganize the kitchen cabinets… which really means I directed while her sacral energy took OFF .
It's been a season of big release… which can only indicate this next season is bound to be one of big receiving.
